Chicago Tribune | Court referee urged to open Jack Ryan's divorce records: "The candidacy of Republican Jack Ryan for the U.S. Senate in Illinois has made it more imperative to unseal records of his divorce and child-custody dispute with actress Jeri Ryan, an attorney for the news media argued during a hearing before a court referee Monday."

-- Isn't that really the only reason this is going on. If he was still just teaching at Hales I doubt anyone would be going to court to get these unsealed. At least it appears this may be over and done with within 30 days. That will be nice.
