Hey here is a great idea, lets spend almost as much money as we do on 15 billboards across the state to advertise the lottery and instead spend almost as much to advertise on a single billboard that is all fancy and electronic and is seen by only half as many people as the old 15. Also why in the heck advertise downstate anyway it's not like anyone lives there in Blago world.

Turns out the owner of the new billboard donated 90K worth of billboard advertising to the Balgo campaign.
