Chicago Tribune | 2nd union relative quits his job as city inspector:
"In the second such incident in two days, the son of a senior union official resigned his $50,000-a-year city inspector's job after allegedly misrepresenting his credentials, City Hall sources said Thursday.

Kevin Sexton, 23, identified as the son of Carpenters Union President Mike Sexton, quit after city Buildings Commissioner Stan Kaderbek concluded he did not serve the required amount of time as an apprentice before obtaining his journeyman's card.

The departure followed by less than 24 hours the resignation of Andrew Ryan, the teenage son of Tom Ryan, business agent for Local 13 of the union."
