"The top Illinois aide to Ralph Nader's presidential campaign sued Illinois House Speaker Michael J. Madigan Monday, alleging Mr. Madigan violated the Freedom of Information Act.
Christina Tobin, Mr. Nader's Illinois state coordinator, and co-plaintiff Cal Skinner, a former state assemblyman-turned-freelance journalist, say Mr. Madigan's office has refused to divulge the time sheets of 12 state employees who were involved in a so-far successful effort to keep Mr. Nader off the state's ballot in November"
