Journal Gazette/Times-Courier Online: "While professionals look to technology, Gov. Rod Blagojevich said he would soon make an announcement about tackling the medical malpractice crisis. Republicans have called for a special session of the General Assembly to solve the problem.
'The struggles of our doctors and the environment in Illinois are not a conducive environment for doctors to practice medicine in,' Blagojevich said last month after the legislature approved the state budget. 'We're not done with the issue of medical malpractice.'"

-- Is this before or after he find highly qualified donors (opps I mean people) to fill the open seats on the Healthcare facilities and gaming boards. Come join a board for Blagozo but do anything he or Emil disagree with and be hung out to dry...
