That was a comment Wednesday from one member of the state's gambling-regulation board -- who supports a casino proposal for Rosemont -- to another, anti-Rosemont member during an early-morning public meeting.
After some nervous laughter from board staff, the anti-Rosemont member -- former La Salle County State's Attorney Gary Peterlin -- dismissed the remark from longtime labor leader William Dugan as 'advice.' Dugan was out of town and attended via speakerphone. Attempts to reach him afterward were unsuccessful."
