Chicago Tribune | Suburbs banking on casinos: "With Gov. Rod Blagojevich apparently ready to make a deal on riverboat casinos, officials in Waukegan and Country Club Hills are optimistic they'll hit the jackpot when lawmakers return to Springfield for the fall session."

-- Yeah like he hasn't flipped-flopped on this before as the poltical winds changed. I wouldn't start turning soil yet..

Also my question is, why not just do a full Nevada at this point and let anyone who meets some legal requirements just open up a casino as long as it is not within X feet of a school and the local government gives it's ok.
