Former Aurora Alderman Jim Meisch plead guilty yesterday to a count of wire fraud. If you want see what the legacy of the Stover administration will be in Aurora, just consider the fact that the city employee who was the 'target' of the bribe basically instantly went to the authorities and everyone who needed to cooperate in city government did.
