State documents show that several state agencies supplied the governor's office with spreadsheet "outreach tracking forms" to show to whom these "Dear Friend" letters were distributed and whether it was by mail, e-mail or in person.
In July, the Department of Human Services distributed 61,000 copies of 11 various "Dear Friend" letters to "contract providers/clients," according to the tracking forms. Another 4,500 letters involving various health initiatives were mailed to "all rehab services offices, providers, [and] advocacy groups" by the agency.
I wonder if this list of e-mails and addresses is shared with the Citizens for Blagojevich? How about any reponses the administration gets.
