That is not the way you figure out who wins the nomination.

Ask Al Gore how useful getting the most popular votes is...

The popular vote argument is to convince the superdelegates that she is favorable candidate.

She is, of course, also supporting that with the fact that she has a significant chance at beating McCain in key swing states. A simple electoral calculator analysis makes it more obvious. But most voters are too lazy to analyze the probability.
