Got a piece of mail from my congressman...
Hard to tell the difference from a piece of campaign liturature. Even more so when words used as his campaign theme last time around and underlined....

He did something like this last year around this time. Not the most clever crossover tactic, but an obvious advantage available to an incumbent facing re-election. He'd hate to spend any of that pile of cash too soon in this battle he's gonna face.
