So Keep The Bus Money Intact and take a 4% Cut or Cut The Bus Money

It seems to me at least for my district that taking the 4% cut (assuming they then provide what they say they will, when they say they will) and keeping bus funding intact (at current levels at least) would be better for my local school district.
